ラストクォーターになっても28点差をつけられているクズ高は物理的に逆転することは難しくなってきました。それでも諦めずに戦うクズ高のメンバーです。豹はトビの性格から勝てないとわかったら自分の好きなように攻めてくるだろうと思っていました。しかしトビはそうではなくて、千秋を使って、外からスリーポイントを決めました。ドリブルで抜いてからゴールを決めるのが好きなトビはチームのために戦っていたのですした。豹はまだ自分が楽しむためにプレイをしているだけで、横浜大栄というチームをその肩にはまだ背負っていないのでした。逆に豹が背負うようになったらそれこそ手強い相手になります。

母を亡くしたあの日、自分一人の力でコートに立つと誓った空。その誓いは、横浜大栄と30点差があっても攻めようとする姿勢に表れる。トビは豹を凌駕し、かつての雪辱を晴らす。酒巻は豹をコートから下げトビとの違いが何なのかを伝える。残り1分30秒を切って、千秋のマークについたのは白石。白石は「オマエラの現在地を教えてやろうか」と告げ、連続で12点ものゴールを決めていく。クズ高メンバーはそれぞれの想いを胸に、タイムアップのその瞬間まで戦い抜く……！

横浜大栄との練習試合はラストクォーターを迎えて点差は30点差以上となっています。もうクズ高が逆転するのは物理的に不可能な状況となっています。それでも最後まであきらめない印象的だったのがトビと空でした。
茂吉もなぜこんなに追い詰められている状況なのに、ポジティブに考えられるのか不思議がっていました。
最後まで諦めない心が大事ですね

横浜大栄と練習試合をしている今日は五月先生の奥さんが妊娠していて子どもが生まれる予定日であることを百春から知った奈緒ちゃんがベンチで打ち明けます。五月先生は動じずに、これが私の責任だといってもう逆転できないとわかっていますが、最後まで見届けることを選択しました。
自分の奥さんのために早く家に帰りたいところですが、それよりもクズ高のメンバーの熱気に魅了されて五月先生もどこかみなを応援しているのですね。

横浜大栄との練習試合で一番成長したのはトビでした。大学生との武者修行を終えて、チームの得点を取りにいけるようになりました。最初はドリブルで行くと見せかけて、パスを出しぬいてからパスをもらってスリーポイントシュートを決める。そのあとに、スリーポイントの場面で打つとみせかけて、ドライブで抜いていきました。そのときに豹はスリーポイントをブロックしにいっていたので、急にドライブされて重心をくずしてしりもちをついてしまいました。
以前、クズ高に豹がやってきたときにトビにやったことと同じことをやり返されてしまいました。
トビは成長してチームとして点を取りにいけるようになりましたね
ラスト3分間白石さんだけで20点近くとる

ラストクォーターではクズ高が横浜大栄との点差が30点差でもう物理的に逆転できないと思った矢先に、白石さんが爆発して一人だけで20点近くの点を獲得するのでした。
逆のことができていたら、クズ高は横浜大栄に差し迫りプレッシャーを与えることができたのですが、見事にどんどん点差を広げられてしまいました。
どうせ負け試合と認めたら1-0で負けようが100-0で負けようが同じことと人間は思ってしまうそうです。最後にはまさに人間のそんな心理状態が自然と反映していたのと、白石さんにそれを実現するだけの高い能力が備わっていることが顕著になりました。
さすが神奈川県の代表になっているチームの個人能力は高いですね

#あひるの空 49話。何もかも終わった。最終回は次回だが元々このアニメ化が詰んでいたことが今回判明したと言っていい。原作サイドに逆らえないから、こんなノーカタルシスの展開で49話も作ってしまったんだろう。いろんな意味で闇が深すぎる。
