フルーツタルトの番組視聴率がなんと0％をたたき出し存続危機です！
そんな彼女らが呼び出されたのはライバル事務所であるキャットプロ、そこの若社長である乙が自分たちの企画に参加してほしいとのことで……。
しかもキャットプロにフルーツタルトの件を通したのははゆのお母さんでした！
金持ちであるはゆの実家が公式のスポンサーになればあとは安泰、そのためにも企画である「アイドル甲子園」で優勝です！

アイドル甲子園で順位を上げるため、地元東小金井でのライブ実現に向けて動き出したフルーツタルト。準備が進む中、衣乃はライブの目玉として新曲を用意しようと考えるが、制作費用が捻出出来ない。しかしそこに穂歩が現れ天才的な解決策を閃いたと告げる。なんと穂歩はロコに文字通り『一肌』脱げるかと迫るのだった……。

出店に張り切る利音。
衣乃がアイドル甲子園攻略のために思い付いたのは「東小金井でのライブ」。
商店街の人々も協力してくれることになり、ライブを兼ねた大規模なお祭りになることに。
集客のために、穂歩の策略でロコが一肌脱ぐことに……。
内容はメイド服を着てクリームあんみつのみんなを接待し、あんみつの曲の使用許可をもらうものでした。

ロコの接待は何とかうまくいき、楽曲提供だけでなくゲスト出演もしてもらえる約束も取り付けました。
ついに迎えた本番当日、いつもと違い客層も穏やかで、まるで普通のお祭り。
そしてフルーツタルトもカレーの出店を開いてついでにグッズを売りつける作戦を取ります。
ファンの力ですぐに完売しました。

やってきた午前のライブ、ロコは屈辱の「ブロ子のうた」を歌わされることに……。
次は午後のライブ、なんと衣装はメイド服です。
ですがなんとスピーカーが故障！
原因は穂歩、ピンチのフルーツタルトの前に現れたのはキャットプロ。

午後のライブのメイン曲はあんみつの代表曲「青春の終焉と少女のツバサ」、あんみつと一緒に歌います。
ライブは無事成功、その後ドキドキの甲子園本選出場発表は…‥‥なんと出場決定です！
どうやら決め手になったのは偶然のパンチラのようですが……結果オーライです！

#おちこぼれフルーツタルト 最終回。原作準拠のネタなのだが実際にそれをアニメ化してしまうとその「残念アイドルの破壊力」がすさまじい。ハートウォームな面でもこのアニメは丁寧にやってたのに、ろこどるとはひと味違うのだ！ということを見せつけた。絶賛しかない。
